#freedomwithsidz #leadingwithsangeeta #everexpandingsangeetaIt is a track to be enjoyed. An Oriya Oldie. The day has finally arrived after a long struggle it says.So what do you think when the struggle has been on? There have been several of them. Not more than a handful at one time.So that is the first clue. πŸŽ†πŸŽ†πŸŽ†πŸŽ†πŸŽ†πŸŽ†

The energy gets dissipated thinking of them. Not easy to take the mind away. However, one fine day you muster enough courage to put the attention somewhere else. And let it go.And after sometime, you see the problem resolved. Automatically. How does that happen? The second clue is, we surrender to a higher power to our limiting self.πŸŽ†πŸŽ†πŸŽ†πŸŽ†πŸŽ† https://anchor.fm/sangeeta-naik/episodes/The-golden-day-arrives-at-last-e14svm5

Then there are times when nothing can be done more than the effort being put.Your gut feeling hints whether it will be ‘done’ or ‘not to be done’.’Done’ gives relief, while “Not to be done’ warrants reconciliation. In the first case you wait for the problem resolution on its own. You observe. In the second case, the initial pain gets smaller each day, till it becomes a residue. The third clue is , the mind is not rushing on its own now, it is taking a slow step forward, getting seasoned with each experience.πŸŽ†πŸŽ†πŸŽ†πŸŽ†πŸŽ†

So this is a practice under ‘Mindfulness’.πŸŽ‡And one who does it consistently, is cultivating ‘Resourcefulness’.πŸŽ‡πŸŽ‡πŸŽ‡πŸŽ‡So enjoy the spring that has just arrived!!With this realization…..πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€Sangeeta
