I saw one of my fb friends buying a private jet, and has posted the pic of it. The interior is exactly the same as I imagine for a mobile place of living. Metro buggy looks the same for me: I usually think that this can be my cute living space. Some years back, the dream of the ‘mobile living place’ became ‘living in travel’. Taking the living place from one point to the other would have been a liability. But in travel, a living place will come in different textures n hues n views. So the private jet reminded me of my ‘forgotten dream’.Should I put this into my vision board?
As I was wondering about it, I came across a small video.A king of some kingdom had announced that anybody who touches the first thing in the palace the next morning, will own it. Lot of confusion and noise was happening the next morning. Then a little girl walked slowly to the king and sat on his lap. She owned the king now.Now the she owned the king. When the king belonged to her, the entire kingdom was hers.
but very flourishing. It may not get as much money as I think. But it will create much more impact than my amount can buy.
It is a fact, which takes time to get accepted.
To know a bit more about ‘unusualness’ of life, I was trying to find a book on being unusual, so as to see the gift in such a happening!
And I saw one. “The Un-Game”. It is written by Ingrid Martine.
As administrators of our own lives, like the youthful hero, Sam Adler, we also need to carry on with our lives with clearness, center, straightforwardness, and elegance as opposed to strolling around in a psychological mist. Sam figures out how to “unchain his mind” and perceive the barricades obstructing the useful change and staggering achievement.
The “adversary” of this profoundly required change can be a usual rival, though; who can be defeated in a methodical manner powered by convictions. But in the process, while some feelings actually serve him, many out-dated ideas should be disposed of.
Now I take Vishen Lakhiani’s words. By God, he sounds so much like me.

Note : A significant part of my experience comes from Bandhavgargh
My friend lost his job a month back. Yesterday I received news of another friend who also lost his. He is one of those mid-career professionals who with more than 15 years of experience, should be knowing to manage a crisis and handle emergencies.
Sometime back, they were the ‘Theme Experts’.
But come the crisis time, they lose functionality. Automation of many tasks also reduces human involvement, and this is why the first level managers become the supervisors.
Only the core team is retained. Faced with crisis, they are supposed to go an extra mile to manage things themselves.
What is achieved at higher up the ladder? More importantly, with this new found crisis, they have to develop a winner mindset, a success mindset which they were hardly trained on.
🏔 An experienced knows the nitty-gritty of operation to innovate!
Although a dangerous word at crisis, this is the time when all innovations usually happen.
. John F. Kennedy once saw that “emergency” in Chinese is made out of two characters—one speaking to risk, the other chance. He might not have been completely right on the etymology, however the conclusion is sufficiently genuine: an emergency presents a decision. This is especially evident today.
At crisis time, multiple level of supervision is not required.
Anybody who innovates, he or she doe not do so keeping a small vision in mind. It is a huge thing ultimately, else there is no inspiration behind that innovation. This shows that a global mindset is very much necessary. At least a mindset, that includes many within the periphery.
🙅🏼♀️ Do you have ideas that may prove to optimize operation?
🏔 Essential Investments that sustains productivity.
At a Senior level, this is the expected thing apart from supervision. Prompt re-orientation and facilitating re-skilling of the workforce at the advent of technology is the need of the hour.
🙅🏼♀️ Are you a change maker?
🏔 Maintaining resilience to keep up the Business strategy
How do the Senior people guide their business strategy, develop resilience and rework their business models in uncertain time.
Organizations are themselves huge clients of innovation which gives them closer comprehension of customer’s business.
🙅🏼♀️ Can you accommodate another responsibility extra – Multi-tasker?
🏔 Complement the system with human touch and wisdom
Parts in IT organizations that were regularly doled out to workers with more than 10 years of involvement—the center level section—are currently going to machines.
However, it is the human beings who make the difference to the ultimate growth and catering to global visions. Machines do help, and expedite workflow.
I can relate to me being retained when my contract ended 3 years back and I was still retained. I am retained till this date despite no projects to my name, and even as the pandemic lockdown continued.
This year I got two assignments for my company too. May be the persistence, and calmness has inspired others in the organization to keep going, despite several difficulties.
🙅🏼♀️ Have you been carving you to be near- indispensable?
🏔 Be tech-savvy
The most promising sector may prove to be the most vulnerable. However, the technology sector is growing.
India has about 1.4 million mid-rung workers in the IT division, who commonly have eight to 12 years of involvement and win Rs 12-18 lakh a year, and the quantity of such representatives is probably going to develop as time passes.
🙅🏼♀️ How can you integrate technology?
🏔 Churn the SWOT of life
ET Jobs Disruption Survey of almost 11,000 representatives early this year demonstrated mid-level laborers in organizations confronted greater danger of losing their positions than the individuals who work at senior or junior level.
66 percent of the mid-level workers had pay-cut.
22 percent at the senior level had pay-cuts who retained job; and lost it mostly, as they are the ones who receive greater compensation.
For the individuals who need to change with the occasions, up-skilling is the best approach to endure.
🙅🏼♀️ How big is your vision to help you continue?
This is the reason why the Mindful Millionaires course bundle has been created.
