{"id":1129,"date":"2023-06-11T08:50:36","date_gmt":"2023-06-11T08:50:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/leadingwithsangeeta.com\/?page_id=1129"},"modified":"2023-06-11T09:48:21","modified_gmt":"2023-06-11T09:48:21","slug":"joyful-excellence","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/leadingwithsangeeta.com\/index.php\/joyful-excellence\/","title":{"rendered":"Joyful Excellence"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Welcome to the Tribe of Joyful Excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi Fam I built a group for Powerful Influencing techniques for Working ProfessionalsI&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s why \ud83d\udc47<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After spending 20+ years in the Corporate World, I\u2019ve noticed a problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>90% of Working Professionals are unhappy about what they are doing,&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complain all the time about the boss and colleagues,&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Looking for an alternative even after being a new entrant to another company recently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>which means they operate at 20% productivity level as Industry data says that unhappy employees can not achieve better productivity level,&nbsp; if they do not intend it consciously<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-5 years of the habit of operating at suboptimal level&nbsp; implies that they are not doing any justice to the inherent potential they are born with<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>99% of&nbsp; them do not understand that it is a severe problem compromising their abilities which might have proven their uniqueness and the rarity of their kind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This segment do not know that because of the excessive focus on the problems have turned them blind to the abundant opportunities that life may present should they seek for it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Universal truth is that&nbsp; 80% of who we become is because of 20% of what we do consistently, improving upon tiny bits everyday<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One can improve only if there is conviction that the golden era can descend any time because the efforts are compounding all the time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A person can be consistent only with powerful conviction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The combination of Conviction and Consistency makes one a Powerful Influencer&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The worst part is the Bewildered Working Professional will try to solve this problem by Getting a promotion or a new job.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you are focussed only on this\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u274c The workshop scenario remains the same as in the previous case<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u274c Can not see the opportunities because nobody else would show them, nobody likes to be associated with either a low confidence person or an over-bearing person<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u274c Works overtime to impress the boss, and the super boss, but the required result is not achieved as per expectation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u274c Does not establish synergy with colleagues to expedite workflow, achieve deadline and have exceptional results. Remains a loner or finds himself with gossip mongers another time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u274c Even if a promotion comes to their kitty, they do not stand out as achievers.&nbsp; They feel un-recognized and left out.
