So what propels me is if I kill inefficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What all I decide right now to do<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\uded2 Show the time and involvement it takes to bring results from the team<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\uded2 Engaging with the field team to take action<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\uded2 It will be my time &#8211; till action is taken at central office. If it takes them 2 days to send me a form; it will be 2 days of follow up time from me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\uded2 More time of involvement implies more revenue<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\uded2 2 states to 5 states in Northern India and North East &#8211; Punjab, Jharkhand, Tripura, Manipur, and Nagaland (in terms of time) &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\uded2 Proportionately : Rs. 30k for 2 states +Rs. 25k per state in North East x 3 = Rs. 1.05 lakhs minimum<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\uded2 New ideas for engagement &#8211; community greening!!!!! Wow (avenue for global intervention at the same time &#8211; using online platforms &#8211; Influencing)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\uded2Sweet spot &#8211; Get the team members to the next level.. Extension of my leadership growth online coaching)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\uded2 Becoming All time Consultant for the organization encompassing North and South, East, West and all zones ..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\uded2 Networking with International partners for them<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\uded2 Formula for scaling up (more organizations to give consultancy to) &#8211; this needs to be figured out going forward<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\uded2 Evolving expertise (in 2 years of time) &#8211; Networking with Venture capitalists with AgriTech inclination<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What I love the most is to pinch people on their inefficiency. That drives me the most.
