{"id":192,"date":"2020-12-27T16:22:18","date_gmt":"2020-12-27T16:22:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/leadingwithsangeeta.com\/?p=192"},"modified":"2020-12-27T16:22:20","modified_gmt":"2020-12-27T16:22:20","slug":"the-weak-u-who-attracts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadingwithsangeeta.com\/index.php\/2020\/12\/27\/the-weak-u-who-attracts\/","title":{"rendered":"The weak \u2018U\u2019 who attracts!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The inspiration<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"29\" height=\"21\" src=\"\"> today came from an article and it led me to think and link the many incidences happened during this the day. <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I scrolled through the article in my LinkedIn <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/sangeeta-naik-72a9724\/\">page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I got reminded of the message by Mentor <a href=\"workwithvivek.com\">Mr.Vivek Mehrotra<\/a> &nbsp;about the \u2018infinite depth\u2019<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"27\" height=\"27\" src=\"\"> each of us has, and find out what can we give to the world.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He has been vacationing<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"34\" height=\"25\" src=\"\"> at <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Shimla\">Shimla<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Looking out from his car, at the tiny houses and settlements which looked tiny from the height of the mountainous crisscross.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So the next was to have a look into &nbsp;this topic at <a href=\"fastcompany.com\/90583956\/self-awareness-is-key-to-success-here-are-5-ways-you-can-improve-it\">fastcompany<\/a>, which discussed about 5 principles of external self-awareness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The principles of building Emotional Intelligence and assessment of it as on today has been discussed by Ms. Amy Kan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It has been a second nature for me to get back within since the day I have designed the course on <em><a href=\"leadingwithsangeeta.school.invanto.com\">Performance-Optimization<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Can I also talk of &nbsp;3 principles of Inner contemplation as well, during my face-book live today? <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"21\" src=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"21\" src=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"21\" src=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"21\" src=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"20\" height=\"21\" src=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&nbsp; got the link in the read itself &nbsp;: Tasha Eurich, referenced in her&nbsp;<em>Harvard Business Review<\/em>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/01\/what-self-awareness-really-is-and-how-to-cultivate-it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">article<\/a>, that only 10-15% of a study sample of 5000 professionals proved to be self aware.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The contemplation and meditation is a core of&nbsp; getting within.&nbsp; Why is it so difficult to get the hang of it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. Vasudha <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vogue.in\/wellness\/content\/meditation-types-how-to-find-the-right-one-transcendental-meditation\">Rai<\/a> says it is not easy to be consistent with meditation!!! <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"29\" height=\"14\" src=\"\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to me,&nbsp; my take on meditation are the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"38\" height=\"28\" src=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp; Observe one subject while doing the meditation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"38\" height=\"28\" src=\"\">&nbsp;Shifting, jumping and drfting of the mind will happen. Not to worry, keep getting back to the subject<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"38\" height=\"28\" src=\"\">The worst thing that happened&nbsp; because of which one is meditating (a pain point) is the best nudge the universe could have given you<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"38\" height=\"28\" src=\"\">&nbsp;You earn energy out of the 10 minutes stillness<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now coming back to the external awareness:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The more significance one gets into, the less will be the feedback available.<\/li><li>That will lead to less self-awareness and more vehemence<\/li><li>Develop a system to get constant feedback.&nbsp;<\/li><li>If some comment is coming repeatedly, it is time to pay attention.<\/li><li>Relate the successes and failures to the feedbacks that have been received<\/li><li>Perception of people, may be very positive, you find yourself faking it.<\/li><li>Redesign yourself<\/li><li>Take an honest assessment<\/li><li>Get the rainbow of experience at <a href=\"http:\/\/greenbandhavgarh.in\">http:\/\/greenbandhavgarh.in<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Russell Brunson says in the &nbsp;\u201cDotcom <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.in\/DotCom-Secrets-Underground-Playbook-Growing\/dp\/1630474770\">Secrets<\/a>\u201d that when the \u2018Attractive Character\u2019 &nbsp;shows the imperfect side,&nbsp; &nbsp;many can relate to it and empathise with it and the fan following increases multi-fold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, acknowledge the vulnerability. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"29\" height=\"29\" src=\"\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The inspiration today came from an article and it led me to think and link the many incidences happened during this the day.
