{"id":265,"date":"2021-03-24T06:39:12","date_gmt":"2021-03-24T06:39:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/leadingwithsangeeta.com\/?p=265"},"modified":"2021-03-24T06:39:13","modified_gmt":"2021-03-24T06:39:13","slug":"rehana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadingwithsangeeta.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/24\/rehana\/","title":{"rendered":"Rehana"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>As Zig Ziglar said, \u201cHow can you hit a target you don\u2019t even have?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So that is how I started describing Rehana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She is 22-43 years of age.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" src=\"\">Rehana is fairly simple in her attire but she loves colors.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; She observes a lot and listens more.&nbsp; She often has both sides of the story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"I\"><li>It always establishes her trust on people, and she commands their confidence on his. As a person, she loves short and to the point conversations.<\/li><li>&nbsp;She often wonders as to why she is pushed to the background and is asked to support rather&nbsp; than lead<\/li><li>Why is she not acknowledged for her progressive ideas when she offers those, which takes people to realise at least a year?<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Why she has to constantly look for change, so as to be recognized for her ideas. While it is imperative that she should&nbsp; really prove her point being stable in an organization and stand her ground.?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" src=\"\">Why hasn\u2019t she been given the salary raise she deserves?&nbsp;&nbsp; Is it lack of negotiating skill in her, or is the universe has a greater goal set for her?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" src=\"\">She always does the preparatory work required for a great launch;&nbsp; but is that what she loves doing endlessly?&nbsp; Is it not which is keeping her at a supporting position throughout?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"21\" height=\"21\" src=\"\">Often she has self doubt:&nbsp; Is she confident enough to lead?&nbsp;&nbsp; What is keeping her from going all out?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Will she do good with an enterprise that constantly provides income opportunities while learning?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As Zig Ziglar said, \u201cHow can you hit a target you don\u2019t even have?
