Last few days I was seriously thinking about my dream customers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do I mean by that?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These are the ones who will help me fulfil my dreams while attaining theirs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rehana.    <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The smart Senior Programmer,  Rehana struggled part of her career when her second child \u2018Tina\u2019 was born. For first few months few family members helped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And when the baby was about a year and half old, there was nobody to look after so Rehana had to carry the child to office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The office didn\u2019t have a creche. Tina stayed with the caretaker\u2019s family for the entire day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She didn\u2019t learn beyond mono syllables till she was 3 and half, even when she started going to school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rehana had to transfer the child to another school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Left her job and took assignments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She also had to keep working because the husband\u2019s income was not adequate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both their incomes were barely enough to pay the bills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her struggle continued for few more years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One day she took the most crazy decision of her life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then the big break came for her. <\/strong>\u270c<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now she repeats the same trick whenever  she has to decide between choices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She chooses to put herself first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She did 3 signature projects in the span of the next 5 years to reach to the senior management level, again. \ud83d\ude4c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another time.  In an equally reputed company this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And  she repeats her top performance over and over again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83e\uddf6But he had ambition beyond these projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83e\uddf6He had different achievement parameters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83e\uddf6Better package was one of things he was looking for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83e\uddf6He wanted quick promotions, better raise each time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So Rehana had to let him go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was given warm farewell by the top people in the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nobody however knew that Rehana was the one who wrote the recommendation letter for Irfan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Time flies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They remained online friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is how Rehana knew that Irfan had 3 promotions in the next job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One day, after another 7 years in between, Irfan again approached Rehana for another recommendation letter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This time to an even better organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right at the time of COVID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In these 7 years Irfan had several distinguished reporting officers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
