{"id":488,"date":"2021-07-24T11:54:23","date_gmt":"2021-07-24T11:54:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/leadingwithsangeeta.com\/?p=488"},"modified":"2021-07-24T11:54:29","modified_gmt":"2021-07-24T11:54:29","slug":"living-and-teaching-resourceful-influence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leadingwithsangeeta.com\/index.php\/2021\/07\/24\/living-and-teaching-resourceful-influence\/","title":{"rendered":"Living and Teaching Resourceful influence"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>#ilhdeeplearner&nbsp; #freedomwithsidz&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; #everexpandingsangeeta&nbsp;&nbsp; #leadershipgrowth #leadingwithsangeeta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note : This is has reference to Sidz Rajsekar\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/siddharthrajsekar.com\/great-marketer\/\">podcast<\/a>.&nbsp; And this is&nbsp; part of the podcast of the same name as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am paying homage to all my teachers here.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Would we ever be capable enough to bring another <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sarvepalli_Radhakrishnan\">Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan<\/a> to be the first citizen of the country?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83c\udf88<\/strong><strong> Aligning my ability with requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. Shanta was my geography teacher.&nbsp;&nbsp; I know the timely Benguela Current helps the right kind of Monsoon because she helped me learn it, saying that the World is interconnected and so are we, each of us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She didn\u2019t like me describing the entire thing in minute detail. If it is a question carrying 4 marks, then she wanted it to be max 6 lines;&nbsp; which meant that the Benguela Current has to take its entire journey in 6 lines inclusive of the \u2018Warm Blanket of Europe\u201d as well as the \u2018Plankton creation at Newfoundland\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do whatever you like. Be concise. She gave me 49 out of 50 in the prequalifying exam to the board.&nbsp; The 1 mark that she deducted because it was 7 sentences in one of the answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I scored the same in the Board exam too. She was so very accurate, to the point, and full of inner strength.&nbsp;&nbsp; Her daughter was my classmate, and I do not remember she scoring ahead of me ever!!!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; She commanded my respect to the core\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She passed away in Dec 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What a great gift she gave me with those challenges she posed at me!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I still remember her style and the details she taught me speaks volumes of how she portrayed the globe in my mind\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Is that less than any proficient marketer?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83c\udf88<\/strong><strong> Redesigning the Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Had an abusive marriage after some years. While I was in it, I was hugely disturbed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My father always advised me to keep calm and act according to whatever I thought was appropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He didn\u2019t support the idea of breaking away from the marriage which made me into a rebel. When I ultimately broke free, I had to forgive the man and let go of the past also. I walked away not as an aggrieved person, but one with more conviction, forgiveness and as a person-being-in terms with the circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My personal life still gets counted even in the professional front.
