Does anybody have any clue as to why people do not look for solutions?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The following has been the characteristic types. But as a mentor, I think the challenge is to formulate a solution through the thick of the chaos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf88 One who follows order to the gas chamber. They hold somebody responsible for their situation. VICTIM\/BLAME<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf88Doesn’t like change even for finding a solution. FEAR of CHANGE\/FAILURE<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf88Acknowleding that there is a problem is really hard. FIND A SYMPTOM, like constant cribbing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf88Most cannot see choices beyond old patterns & limitations. Not to blame, we can help them become more responsible, coach into a greater decision space. EMPATHY<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf88 Take away the focus from the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udf88 Uncomfortable on public forum : are HIGH TICKET CLIENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf88Conflicting belief, change is possible; FORMULATE a CHANGE SOLUTION<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf88 How does it work? What is the next step be? NON FUNCTIONAL ATTITUDE, never attempt a solution<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf88How would they solve ?What would be their process. THEIR SOLUTION<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf88FIXING AT LEAST One problem<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf88They are afraid of JUDGEMENT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf88They carry out orders mechanically, just like a SLAVE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf88NO MOTIVATION leading to INACTION<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf88There is a big EGO<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf88subconsciously programmed Automatic behavior. KEEP IT SIMPLE<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf88 They are WHIRLPOOLs with head down<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf88Difficulty in taking responsibility. Tony Robbins says ; people do more to avoid pain then to seek pleasure<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf88Escaping from something deep down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83c\udf88 Avoid controversy, friction and Wait out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So.. Don’t you think that they need help? And they need to start somewhere?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
