For you it might be unnecessary or lengthy process. But, again, respect the other person’s opinion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Does it create Pressure?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expect some kind of resistance because you may not know everything about the other person’s life. They may not express it. So Give them some space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now.. how does it affect your being a leader or not being resourceful?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
