The Paradox of Intention
The idea that you’re not going to be happy until you reach your goal, not realizing that happiness itself is the fuel to get you there. Happiness makes people perform better towards their goals.

- Imagine a giant TV screen 6-9 feet in front of you.
- Think about 1-3 goals 3 years ahead and put these imageries on your mental screen.
- Imagine with all your senses:
- What do you SEE
- What do you HEAR
- What you TOUCH
- What do you SMELL/TASTE
- Now what do you FEEL
