For success to happen, we need to focus on the ‘process’ and not the ‘outcome’. – Tom Daley

This part of Leadership Growth.

Do you not deal with it in one of the following ways?

🎈 Avoid (Not to go to the garden because there is a snake)

🎈Emotion (The snake is not bad after all)

🎈Problem (Get rid of the snake)

Just see to it that you are not getting rid of innovations or change.

🎈Fear itself is not threatening, the thought of it, is.

🎈We are ashamed at the fear of being judged

But we can do best if

🎈We learn from the mistakes and

🎈Embrace the grey (the strategy of 2% success rate)

The success is not in the ‘win’, but the adherence to the value of being better each time.

If it is only a success of 2 out of 10, the rest of the 8 times we spend preparing and getting better each time.

Doesn’t that motivate you? Do Lead to Succeed.
