Did you take permission?
Whether a junior or your children, make the rules along with them. They have their lives around which they need some freedom which you might not have observed. Their bye in is important.
Do you respect the process?
For you it might be unnecessary or lengthy process. But, again, respect the other person’s opinion.
Does it create Pressure?
Expect some kind of resistance because you may not know everything about the other person’s life. They may not express it. So Give them some space.
Now.. how does it affect your being a leader or not being resourceful?
I thought this would be obvious. Having a dominating image does not augur well for any leader.
