When you were made leader, you were not given a ‘CROWN’, you were given ‘RESPONSIBILITY’ to bring the best in others.

So there should be a bell ringing if you go for any of the following 7 execuses..

Can you do something about your waiting time, bro?

One of my client told me today that he was waiting for his lawyer to arrive while he was chatting with me.

Well,  the subject of discussion between us : he was overwhelmed with many choices.

So I asked him to write them down

  1. Problem

& statement

  1. Any statement

& the problem it was leading to

  1. Any problem

& the possible solution

  1. No solution

& the ultimate eventuality

So what was it?

I sure appeared funny.  But I was asking him to take action.  Whatever way the mind goes, just allow it to go.

Express it.

After a while you yill discard whatever was not necessary.

TAKE ACTION AT THE MOMENT!!

Ohh!!!

Just forget it for now.

Think something else.

If you are looking at a solution without getting into some expense, then  yeah.    You are equipped as a human being. intu

LISTEN TO YOUR INTUITION!!!!

You are right.  Nobody has enough time.

Not enough time to take to a great conclusion.

But there is a moment with you at this second.

What is that minimum you can do at the moment?

START AT THE BEGINNING!!!!

Don’t worry.

Fault at this time can be that of your team.

Do you have somebody in mind in particular?

Or is it a collective fault?

Were they oriented about the objective?

Is it the moment of evaluation?

Who decided the time of evaluation.

Was the single person excluded in each of your team meeting?

Did the team remained at bay from you?

Was there any hint during the team tea breaks?

So now that the damage has been done

PINPOINT THE POINT OF FAULT!!!!!

Alright. There has to be a beginning somewhere.

DO IT NOW.

Come on.

Dissociate yourself

from something that points a finger at your own integrity.

The World will start to change.

INITIATE THE CHANGE IN YOUSELF

Oh yeah.

Still some people made billions.

Should we not take their example to succeed?

TAKE THE EXCEPTIONS AS YOUR IDEAL.

Benjamin Franklin has said:  ‘Someone that is good at making excuses, is seldom good for anything else’.

The Ball is in your court, ALWAYS!
