I could not have planned them winning 17 awards in 4 years’ time, getting into district Governing board under the collector, breaking mustard production record of Madhya Pradesh or winning an award from the then Chief Minister of Gujarat, Mr. Narendra Modi.

These are called opportunities.

The base is, the strategic plan with which to move ahead. And how to move step by step.

What is the most important aspect in your job profile which you should pick up so that it becomes your unique signature going forward?
