My mentor very lovingly told me once he listed to the session I did on his behalf, that I should stay silent even if I am saying the correct thing.

Because, the other person is not agreeing to it.

I had the right points, which he was not able to counter.

But he was not able to accept either.

So when you can see the solutions, and very convinced about the efficacy of those, remember that those are very effective solutions for you,

not the person you are speaking to.

That person is not successful either, which is why we are talking.

But that is not the point.

He is doing everything right according to him.

Then what do you do?
