Getting out of a negative mindset instantly

  • It was a negative comment
  • A critical opinion
  • A really sad incidence

Okay. It has happened.   You can access my entire course to practice being happy and optimize your performance by clicking at https://live.leadingwithsangeeta.com/taking-a-tour-of-po-blueprint

It instantly delivers the link of the blue print.   It is worth Rs.4999/-.

For lifetime.

I keep on adding new videos to it. But it will remain for yours for free.

Now,  let me give you a quick formula to switch over to positivity right now instantly.

Even though it takes some practice to become a second nature.  As I say, take action, and click at  https://live.leadingwithsangeeta.com/taking-a-tour-of-po-blueprint

Here are the tricks:

And before that  please answer my questions.

@ is the sky going to fall off?

@ Is it the end of the world?

Okay okay.

Somebody has manipulated you, without realizing for yours. You have been a fool.

Okay you are a fool, definitely. But not a criminal. Your good heart trusted!!! All that time.

You have committed a big mistake. And yes it has caused the company a big balance sheet. Well well, that is unpardonable as well.  But you will not going to commit the same mistake again.

And yes, it will take you some time to create that dependability.

It will be a painful time.

All true.

But can you undo what has happened?

It is a big lesson.  And time to ACCEPT.

ACCEPT.

Accept all that.

Write the entire story in a journal. Tell the notebook what was the biggest folly. Tell about the pain. And cry too.

If it is a lesser thing, take a stroll.  The park, the birds, the children playing out there, the beautiful flowers…  just get out of the scene.

Drink a glass of water, if you are feeling like crying.

Shocked?  Is it? Take a deep breath.

Get out of negativity if you listen to songs.

Get into a creative mode immediately.   (right now, I am feeling the pang of pain because what my mentor just told me an hour before was not what I liked, but it is of immense value).   After all, he wants me to succeed.

And see, I have written down this page. And the video below is after that only.

Feeling better?  Now click https://live.leadingwithsangeeta.com/taking-a-tour-of-po-blueprint

I am giving it for free for lifetime.

How to have the opportunity knocking at the door?

With a dream to help 1 billion people in 139 countries, I see many tribes as the best way of investing time. I am learning to reach out to people who deal differently; but are invaluable contributors.

I see incidences working out themselves which can contribute towards my goal!

Unknowlingly!

How would I approach opportunity?

People who are my type are as below:

  • Getting to know people who are creating opportunities
  • Recognizing the fiery people-the go-getters
  • The calm at the exterior catalysts
  • The instant action takers
  • The ones who exude happiness

Uninetntionally!

The ones those deal differently who can antagonize me easily are

  • Who crack an instant misunderstanding
  • Who talk offensive
  • Who invite for a cup of coffee to hangout
  • Rigid about societal code of conduct
  • Refute every positive suggestion

Unwittingly!

One might wonder as to why to waste time with these kind of people.

The first reason is there is no time to invest in segregating acquaintances from one type to the other.

The second reason is, any kind can transform to the other kind because of the way we deal with them.

Unfathomably!

This means that, the best of people can turn to be the worst.

So why not correct the dealing from the beginning?

Of course one does not chose the ‘toxic’ kind from the beginning.

Opportunity knocks at the door in a form which may be unanticipated.

Few books will help you become a better person at handling relationships and people

How to win friends and influence people:  Dell Carnegie

The Go-Giver: Peter B. Kyne

The Ultimate Gift : Jim Stovall

The one book which actually is entitled with an exciting phrase is “Dealing with difficult people” by Penelope Holmes;  which gives hope and brings an opportunity of a niche!!!

Can we be part of epic discoveries?

On 20 August 1897, in Secunderabad, Ross made his landmark discovery of malarial parasite in the stomach tissue of an anopheline mosquito.

Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen was a German mechanical engineer and physicist, who, on 8 November 1895, produced and detected electromagnetic radiation in a wavelength range known as X-rays or Röntgen rays.

Both the stories were in my standard-V science-book.

I get confused between ‘Ross’ and ‘Rontgen’ all the time.

® Both their names start with ‘R’.  And I remembered that both had different consonants in their names. Did not remember which was in which.

® ‘Rontgen’ was easy to remember because it is so close to the Indian name of ‘Ranjan’.

® ‘Ross’ could have been associated with fruit juice, but I forgot to make that association that time.

®When in confusion, it is convenient to remember the things they are associated with. That gives a way out to google and confirm.

® ‘Ross’  was in an Indian city of Secunderabad although he was not an Indian citizen. Did India interest him as well?

A discovery is as interesting as an epic.

Memory association with some interesting aspect will create the story.

I liked Ross’ sketch as a mosquito-fishing scientist.  He found a parasite which hides itself with a protein surface that switches on and off the gene inside to travel in the red blood cells to enter the nucleus of a cell in order to multiply.

So is a virus.

We could control a parasite, but not a virus!

A Virus which does not even have a cell wall, considered to be essential of a living being.   Which means it is not a living creature.

Even then.

By the way, we have photographed an electron which is just 2 Nanometer of size, then can we not use the X-ray to photograph the virus which is 300 Nano-meter in size?  Perhaps it will be possible to dissect if we can take a detail picture of its structure leading to the invention of a cure.

To contain COVID-19.

Find yourself. Command attention.

It does not matter how insignificant you are, you can be the immune producing ani-virus. One who flags off dwindling immunity demanding attention. Ensure to be on the positive side. However, one never knows what is termed as ‘positive’, till posterity confirms it.

The process-documentation of the discovery

Stage -1 : Patient proximity

® Ross must have accidentally discovered the mosquito connection. What must have he engaged in? Looking for some pathogen in blood or the vomit material?

® He saw a mosquito biting a patient. That is when he also observed lot of mosquitoes around.

® He observed swampy surroundings

Stage -2 : Withdrawing from the problem scenario

® He traveled to another city on holiday, and on a after-rain long night walk around his place of stay, he was bitten by mosquitoes.

® He thought a mosquito net would be necessary and so he slept inside a net.

Stage -3 : The offsite experience

® He woke up for an early morning walk, and again was bitten.

®He was bitten again by another mosquito while having tea.

® He observed the mosquito which sat down on his hand, as he was  lost in thoughts, might be while sipping the second cup of his tea as it was still very early in the morning.

Stage -4 : Exploring a common occurrence further

® This time he allowed the mosquito to settle down as it pierced thru his skin.

® It sits unusually long if not fended off. Actually it does not fly off on its own at all.

® And the entire action has different sitting position at different stages.

® He took the dead mosquito sample for his investigation.

Never let go of any opportunity to experiment.

Stage -5 : Back to the laboratory

® He returned to Secunderabad and the next day he was keenly observing the mosquito which bit the patient.

® Immediately he saw there was a difference in the mosquito behaviour.

® He observed the mosquito.   It also looked different.

® The patient in the process of fending the mosquito off, actually killed it.

® He took the dead mosquito and the little blood that came out of the mosquito as sample.

®He laboratory tested.  Found the same parasite which he had found in the patient’s blood.

® Was the mosquito affected by the same parasite?

® Where from the parasite came?

Stage -6 : The conjecture

® Apart from the little boy in the house nobody else had the parasite according to his earlier blood testing of the entire family members.

® He had found the same parasite in everybody around the neighbourhood.

® He just had discovered the parasite in the mosquito.

® Is the mosquito responsible?

® He starts fishing more mosquitoes, documenting his findings

Rest is history.

Be in the game

It is a long journey. Setbacks don’t matter

Amitabh Bachhan(the famous Indian Actor today)  after 2000 years!

I had a dream this morning.  I was interviewing AB, he is having a makeup with long hair, looks fairer and younger, but had some words of wisdom.  And the super active dog Plomo running around restlessly.

I was standing on the thresh-hold of crossing over to 2000 years from hence, it is the year 4020, at the other end. I had a choice of going to and fro few times. And I just used my first chance.

Plomo uneasy about me crossing over, as that will be the end of the company between him and me.

But I shall not lose myself!  So I was not as much worried.  Will Plomo be still a dog after 2000 years?

When I woke up this morning, the question still lingered.

What was Plomo? Who did I see myself after 2000 years, at crossing the bar?  Who AB was?

The curiosity is about a dream life!

For most of us, perhaps the present life doesn’t look like it.

XXXXX

Recently I shared a face-book memory post which was 10 years old. And had a look at a projection excel sheet at that time.

I was barely managing and had a dream of a raise which looked impossible that time. I thought of financially independent and have my company.  Since I could put any outrageous number and proportion out there. I had just typed those numbers without knowing the ‘how’.  How would it be achieved, since there was no visible chance at that time.

But 10 years after, I have achieved more than that, have spread out more than what I had anticipated, when I looked at that spreadsheet.

I have kept myself in the game all the while….

Without knowing where I would be reaching. As it has been going, I am approaching my dreams.

XXXXXX

So I was in Meghalaya 11 years back, and at Hyderabad a year after at the head office of the company I was working.  One hardly thinks about any other place once at the Head Office. May be it different kinds of responsibilities, but it was pretty sure that I would be there for the rest of my career.

Six months later, something happened, and I had to decide on shifting. So I came to Patna, Head office of another company, and before settling down, I was off to the remote country-side of Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve, Eastern Madhya Pradesh.

4 years later, I was a recognized for my work, and it was a signature project (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1935ER3AXsI)

A milestone achieved….

It obviously did not happen in a day, it takes small successes everyday. Continuous engagement.

XXXX

And that was not the only victory. The timeline remained upbeat always, at regular interval. It is a long journey. Small hiccups do not really matter. I took certain decisions because of some troubles, which I otherwise would not have thought of at all.

I got rid of status quo..

Because some difficulties compelled me to think about those aspects of life.  It took me a while to let go, eventually I could. I am still on practice.

XXXX

After 2000 years, I wonder if there will be a prominent mention of Amitabh Bachhan at all. But the ‘Experiment with Truth’ will still continue, and Mahatma Gandhi will still be studied.

As an actor in one of those afterlives, I am expected to google about prominent actors of yesteryears.

It is the ‘vision’ which makes one distinguished for ages.

The trick to be found again

Theme expert promoted to a Decision-making role loses relevance,

My friend lost his job a month back. Yesterday I received news of another friend who also lost his.

More than 15 years of experience, they now know as to how to manage a crisis and handle emergencies. Sometime back, they were the ‘Theme Experts’.

But come the crisis time, they lose functionality. Automation of many tasks also reduces human involvement, and this is why the first level managers become the supervisors.

Only the core team is retained. Faced with crisis, they are supposed to go an extra mile to manage things themselves.

What is achieved at higher up the ladder?

🏔  An experienced knows the nitty gritty of operation to innovate!

Although a dangerous word at crisis, this is the time when all innovations usually happen.

. John F. Kennedy once saw that “emergency” in Chinese is made out of two characters—one speaking to risk, the other chance. He might not have been completely right on the etymology, however the conclusion is sufficiently genuine: an emergency presents a decision. This is especially evident today.

At crisis time, multiple level of supervision is not required.

🙅🏼‍♀️ Do you have ideas that may prove to optimize operation?

🏔  Essential Investments that sustains productivity.

At a Senior level, this is the expected thing apart from supervision. Prompt re-orientation and facilitating reskilling of the workforce at the advent of technology is the need of the hour.

🙅🏼‍♀️ Are you a change maker?

🏔  Maintaining resilience to keep up the Business strategy

How do the Senior people guide their business strategy, develop resilience and rework their business models in uncertain time.

Organizations are themselves huge clients of innovation which gives them closer comprehension of customer’s business.

🙅🏼‍♀️ Can you accommodate another responsibility extra – Multi-tasker?

🏔  Complement the system with human touch and wisdom

Parts in IT organizations that were regularly doled out to workers with more than 10 years of involvement—the center level section—are currently going to machines.

However, it is the human beings who make the difference to the ultimate growth and catering to global visions. Machines do help, and expedite workflow.

I can relate to me being retained when my contract ended 3 years back and I was still retained.  I am retained till this date despite no projects to my name, and even as the pandemic lockdown continued.

This year I got two assignments for my company too. May be  the persistence, and calmness has inspired others in the organization to keep going, despite several difficulties.

🙅🏼‍♀️ Have you been carving you to be near- indispensable?

🏔  Be tech-savvy

The most promising sector may prove to be the most vulnerable. However, the technology sector is growing.

India has about 1.4 million mid-rung workers in the IT division, who commonly have eight to 12 years of involvement and win Rs 12-18 lakh a year, and the quantity of such representatives is probably going to develop as time passes.

🙅🏼‍♀️  How can you integrate technology?

🏔   Churn the SWOT of life

ET Jobs Disruption Survey of almost 11,000 representatives early this year demonstrated mid-level laborers in organizations confronted greater danger of losing their positions than the individuals who work at senior or junior level.

66 percent of the mid-level workers had pay-cut.

22 percent at the senior level had pay-cuts who retained job; and lost it mostly, as they are the ones who receive greater compensation.

For the individuals who need to change with the occasions, upskilling is the best approach to endure.

🙅🏼‍♀️  How big is your vision to help you continue?

Anopheles mosquitoes & electromagnetic radiation

“On 20 August 1897, in Secunderabad, Ross made his landmark discovery. One small step

Dear Professional,

My name is Sangeeta Naik and I am a Performance Optimization Mentor.

As a Project Manager and strategic Partnership Consultant I my regular job, I have more than 10 years of experience in promoting livelihoods in 16 states across India. Few of the prominent ones are as follows:

  • Enumerating the details of 44 lakh women towards Financial Inclusion under the Bhamashah project in  29 districts of Rajasthan within 2 months, managing 12,000 volunteers who came from across India
  • Set up 239 Common Services Centers in the state of Meghalaya in 7 districts in less than 2 years connecting those with data-cards and VSATs as the regular broadband connectivity did not work
  • Converted food scarce pockets of Eastern MadhyaPradesh into food-sufficient areas in less than 4 years.

And many more…   (www.greenbandhavgarh.in) , (www.leadingwithsangeeta.com)

Currently handling 5 projects of value Rs. 18 Cr, singlehandedly, by creating partnerships, and training local resource persons.  I created systems to optimize performance of the teams, given various skillsets and working styles.  I have impacted lives of at least 1 crore directly and multiple times that number indirectly.

My partnership with friends from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Myanmar and India has helped me to float a South-East Asian company with a business plan of 135 bn USD business plan. This struck me as something which can be passed on to professionals like you so that my vision of impacting 1 billion lives world wide can be fulfilled, while helping your dream will be fulfilled in the process.

I have multiple courses to train people in broad categories as follows :

  • Identifying a USP
  • Developing a Strategic mindset
  • Designing a road map for unrealized potential

My observation has been that people get too much entangled with workplace issues as well as restricted vision to be able to have the focus, energy and mindset to contribute meaningfully to make the world a better place than before.

I am lucky to have many of you as friends, who are highly qualified and are placed at prestigious places.  With little effort, you can indeed make this world a dream place with a just a “khul ja sim sim” nudge.  But something has not yet given you the clarity. Even if you are hugely fulfilled person, I would urge you to explore my hub for more possibility.

I invite you to explore my courses to resolve from a simple service of Resume writing, to designing a game plan to impact 1 billion lives in 139 countries. It all takes a dream and  strategic mindset with the unique USP that one is born with.

I invite you to my discussion calls, happening regularly on  Tuesdays (7 PM), Saturdays (8 PM) and Sundays (12 PM).

The Cusp

Between huge successes, lie huge stories of learning (read “failure”, if u so wish).
So I had one just now. I had to burn my compost bag, because it is rainy season when lot of organisms, n insects take birth, and it was impossible to manage that all of them on my tiny balcony, even if I put the entire stuff in strong plastic bags (have you seen 25 kilo rice bag? I used 2-3 of them, cover of cover n cover).
So I tried setting a flame to it. Half of it turned to ash in no time. 1000 kilo of kitechen waste produce 25 kilos of compost( did u know this? See GK improved, while reading this).
But how would you destroy the eggshells,. I consume 12 eggs in 3 days. Think how many in last 6 months. And the entire thing was 5 kilos already ,. Means 200 kilos of kitchenwaste already in the bag. 6 months me 200 kilo,. One month about 35 kilos,. Per day 1.5 kilo, correctly calculated, isnt it???
So huge mess in the operation-kitchenwastecompost,. Hashtag.
So I used another plastic bag. Why do I keep those rice bag is another story. Will tell later.
Picked up the remainings, and then swept the floor dry, then cleaned with floor cleaner.
A good one and half hours gone. In between there was a zoom call,. With that huge amount of smoke. My dogs were irritated too.
So what do I label this story as, on a glorious day of my life which is today.
Why “glorious”? That again is another story🤣🤣🤣#operationkitchenwastecompost
