So there are few words that I have discovered.Being at Ease.Being Joyful.Being Happy.Being Satisfied.Being Contentedโฆโฆ.Are they all the same?Okay. Save that opinion for our debate in near future.The crux I get is to be happy. No matter what.
Look at the other person. Does he /she look irritated or restrained about you?Well. That is the reflection of what you are thinking about the person.What is the negative story, if at all there is one.That is burdening you. Doing nothing to the other person. Or even if it does, that does not give you any extra. Let that resentment Go..Think of the momentous anger you feel at times.Is it about a person who worked with you, or associated with you?Do you look forward to meeting that person?No??????Are you sure????Hey man, but you are meeting him/her in your mind.Look at the clock. Did you meet the person for more than a minute?Donโt you think that you canโt stand the person for a second?You are having a constant companion who pops up from nowhere whenever you wish.Wow. Hahahaha! Angry?Tell me something. Did you learn something out of the incidences associated with that person?Yes?Okay. Acknowledge that as the reason behind you two coming together.Bury the past.
I wont advise you a lot if you have been cribbing for the last few days or month or years.Can you see any choice? Yes? Why donโt you take action?No? Why fight the situation? Do you realize that you are wasting a lot of energy that way?Pause. Learn the lesson.
Did you read a good book last week?And took some decisions to give yourself a new lease of life?Ah well. Its time you feel depressed, restless and hopeless.The mind is resisting change.Know it.
Whether you realize or not, the guardian angel stands beside you.She is bringing you grace. Walking with you.Soon there will be a blessing visible.That is because the day dawn after a night.Always.Experience the cooling off.

Have you noticed any change in a character trait lately?I did.I dream of being a global influencer.
Requires to be influential n assertive when it matters.
Had a personality assessment lately. It outlines that while my natural style is to be invisible mostly, I m assertive and influential whenever it is required.
What did I do different?
The affirmations and the bed time listening exercises did the trick, I suppose.
Letting go easily is another aspect I observe, a huge shift
I have started the exercises to be done twice in a day.

I just ran an Ad on Resume remodelling. And I forgot to add education level. I started getting phone calls from school drop outs, gadiwala and yesterday a lady who kept on sending her pics in different attires.
I did not understand these behaviours.
Perhaps I did not understand how people think about their Resume. Or their jobs for that matter.

That meant worry-less people unconcerned of the hearth.
Wanted to share very abstract concepts that hit me like lightening and disappear.

Huge number of innovations which I never thought to handle myself.
Visionary and capable people to delegate those responsibilities.
At first, I thought it will be a small village โ my Ashram.
Then I realised that I was not an Activist, I am an influencer.
The globe is my workplace.

The major gain at workplace are, experience, salary and friendships.
Time becomes the loss factor.
And also, there is learning in situations good or bad.

But one needs to learn proportionate to the time spent.

My friend lost his job a month back. Yesterday I received news of another friend who also lost his.
More than 15 years of experience, they now know as to how to manage a crisis and handle emergencies. Sometime back, they were the โTheme Expertsโ.
But come the crisis time, they lose functionality. Automation of many tasks also reduces human involvement, and this is why the first level managers become the supervisors.
Only the core team is retained. Faced with crisis, they are supposed to go an extra mile to manage things themselves.
What is achieved at higher up the ladder?

I can relate to me being retained when my contract ended 3 years back and I was still retained. I am retained till this date despite no projects to my name, and even as the pandemic lockdown continued.
This year I got two assignments for my company too. May be the persistence, and calmness has inspired others in the organization to keep going, despite several difficulties.

Now, tell me if these things are happening when you are 30 years old, or later?
My point here is : to explore whether one is still teachable at this point of time. This is the precise age when one starts feeling the need of another skill/degree/qualification.
Is he/she teachable?

your performance tracker doesnโt show a tick on โgaining a new skillโ, which is why the frustration happening in the first place.
Perhaps you have been escaping that
The second thing is you have not written a feeler page in your journal since last few month.
